Condo 314 has recently been updated to include a new flat screen HDTV, new sofas and chairs, fresh paint, and new decor in the living room. The kitchen was opened to allow an open view into the living areas. The kitchen was also repainted and features newly installed recessed lighting. The dining room offers reupholstered chairs and bar stools. Both bedrooms offer new bedding and plantation shutters.
